Another Contest from A Band of Orcs
Hello Inchoates,
As you know, A Band of Orcs shot a video for "Into the Maelstrom" this past May. However, none of the professional photographers we tried to hire for a press kit photo had the guts to show up to the shoot.
It seems they've all heard the rumors about how the greenies mistake flash photography for lightning bolt attacks from hostile wizards and go on a killing rampage whenever cameras snap shots. (The boys don't seem to mind video as it doesn't normally involve a flash. Go figure.)
Anyway, the long- and short- sword of it is that we managed to force some of our expendable minions to get some pictures against the green screen at the video shoot. They DID NOT use flash photography, and managed to get some okay shots. But we want a GREAT and dramatic photo to put into A Band of Orcs' press kit--which is where you all come in!
I need some of our allies to step up and bleed for the Domination by dressing up the green screen background of the following photo!

I'd like to see the orcs standing in front of a burning
village, a bloody dungeon wall, over-looking a raging battle from the cliff
side, or whatever you come up with just as long as the oRcs look bad-a$$in the
final product.
I shall determine the winner judging from the amount of
furniture in oRc ToweR the oRcs smash upon viewing the dressed up entries. I've
found this the most reliable measure of the oRcs' excitement!
You have until July 10th to submit your entry to this
EMAIL address. The winner shall receive an autographed "WarChiefs of the
Apocalypse" CD, a free t-shirt, and some "We're not Misunderstood,
We're Evil" stickers.
Now the legal stuff: by making your entry to the
Photoshop This! Contest, you agree that you have not violated the intellectual
property of some else--in plain English that means that you didn't borrow
images from other parties' copyrighted art or photography to dress up the
photo. You also agree that the submitted work becomes the sole property of A
Band of Orcs and assign all copyright to the work to the band. You also
understanding that the photo we are supplying to you remains the property of A
Band of Orcs, and we only grant you the right to manipulate it for THIS contest
and for no other reason.
